Our primary source for 80% of our inventory comes proudly from Greco and Sons, a leading supplier of fine Italian products throughout Chicagoland.
And if we can't get it from them, we jump in our Zipcar and head over to Restaurant Depot.
Pizza Crust
Our dough is brought in by 2 Figs Baking in Franklin Park, freshly mixed almost every morning, containing nothing but high-gluten flour, kosher salt, water and dry active yeast. It is completely vegan.
We also offer really, really good gluten-free, dairy-free vegan pizza shells by Venice Bakery.
Pizza Sauce
We use Full Red pizza sauce as the base for our signature pizza sauce.
Our Lasagnizza starts with "al Dente" pasta sauce, and our Margherita starts with 7/11 Ground Tomatoes.
Cheese
We use Grande 50/50 Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese Blend as our basic cheese topping. We also get our Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta from them, too. Grande Cheeses never have any additives, fillers or preservatives.
Most of our other cheeses come from Cheese Merchants of America, including our Blue Cheese, Goat Cheese, Parmesan, Feta and Cheddar. All cheeses produced by Cheese Merchants of America are GMO-Free and Gluten-Free.
Our vegan cheese is a Vegan favorite: Daiya Vegan Mozzarella-Style Cheese.
